The Sun Valley area offers unmatched summer trail adventures. With an extensive multi-use, non-motorized paved path system, pump tracks and public lands with endless miles of trail, opportunities for hiking, biking, and equestrian abound.  The BCRD operates and maintains a pump track in Hailey, the Wood River Trail, the Harriman Trail and Galena Summer Trails.  Additionally, the BCRD maintains summer trailink which provides up-to-date information on front and back country trails located on BLM, USFS and others lands throughout Blaine County.

The BCRD also maintains fishing access points along the Wood River Trail and in other areas throughout the Wood River Valley. Maps for fishing and all area trails can be found at all local sporting good stores throughout the Wood River Valley, at the BCRD at the Community Campus in Hailey, or by contacting Janelle Conners at jconners@bcrd.org.
