BCRD Day Camp is designed to keep kids active and engaged all summer long. Camp is offered to rising 1st through 6th graders and activity groups are based on age.  Campers participate in sports, outdoor adventures, cooperative games, and arts & crafts.  This recreation-based camp encourages kids to experience new activities, make new friends, and develop healthy habits. 




2019 rates
entire summer program: $1230 (10 weeks includes Fun Friday trips)
weekly session: $130
full day: $35
Fun Friday Field Trips: $20 in addition to weekly or daily rate
*tax will be added to rates above

what to bring

Sunscreen (please have your child practice applying sunscreen prior to attending camp.)
Active shoes (please no flip flops)
Swim suit and towel 
Bike and helmet (on bike days)
2 or more snacks and a cold sack lunch (Due to allergies, we ask that you leave any products containing peanuts at home.)

Register for the 10:15-10:45 swim time, and we will shuttle your camper from camp to the swim lesson.

Explorer Day Camp

ages: Rising 1-2 grade

bike day: Mondays

swim days: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays

details: The Explorer Camp is geared towards campers going into grades 1 and 2.  Explorer campers will participate in easy-to-learn tag games and activities that will develop physical and social skills.

Discovery Day Camp

ages: Rising 3-4 grade

bike day: Wednesday

swim days: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays

details: The Discovery Camp is geared towards campers going into grades 3 and 4. Discovery campers will participate in activities to strengthen physical and social skills along with discovering STEAM and team building games.

Challenger Day Camp

ages: Rising 5-6 grade

bike days: Tuesdays and Thursdays

swim days: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

details: The Challenger Camp is geared towards campers going into grades 5 and 6. Challenger campers will participate in community leadership activities to gain confidence and independence in a safe and structured environment.

ages: Rising 1-6 grade

July 19: Redfish Lake
August 2: 1000 Springs

cost:
$55 non-campers 
$20 campers registered for that week

details: Travel to destinations for educational fun and adventure.


Theater Camp

ages: Rising 1-8 grades
when: Monday-Thursday, June 24-July 30, 12-4pm
performance: The Little Mermaid- Thursday, July 25
where: Community Campus Auditorium 
cost: $175 non-campers | $100 campers (registered for those weeks)
