Lap swimming is great low-impact cardio workout. Our 6 lane pool is open to people to swim at their own pace. We maintain an 84º pool temperature and provide kick-boards, pull-buoys and flippers. We also provide a Master's Swim Program (includes coaching) and private swimming instruction.

Monday thru Friday: 5:45 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
