BCRD FitWorks makes it easy to stay healthy and active all year long. Memberships come in all shapes and sizes and can be adjusted to work with your lifestyle and fitness goals.  FitWorks has something for everyone, whether you enjoy working out at your own pace on cardio equipment, pushing yourself on weight machines or expanding your horizons in one of our many fitness classes. Basic: This affordable package includes the use of our state-of-the-art fitness center and gymnasium.

Plus: This package includes the use of the fitness center, gymnasium and access to all BCRD fitness classes and workshops.

BARRE:Barre is inspired by dancers and their long, lean musculature. Utilizing small movements that rely on the smaller muscles, you can get the same look and create a great core-stabilizing system for all the activities you do. All fitness levels welcome.

Using free weights and other exercise equipment, this class will help you tone and sculpt your entire body.  It focuses on proper technique of a variety of exercises while still providing a challenge.  All fitness levels welcome.

Want a full body work out with pain free exercises? This class focuses on whole body strength and cardio exercises to help maintain and increase current health and fitness levels. All fitness levels welcome.

Engage in precisely structured movements that involve thinking, sensing, and imagining. Each lesson consists of easy movements that gradually evolve to incorporate a greater range of motion and complexity. Class offered in 6-week sessions. All fitness levels welcome.

This fast-paced, high intensity interval class combines vigorous bursts of functional movement (like squats and lunges) with short rests or slower paced activity. H.I.I.T. training boosts your metabolism, strengthens your heart and builds muscular fitness.

The Pilates method seeks to develop controlled movement from a strong core.  Pilates focuses on developing the deep stabilizing muscles of the torso and strengthening core abdominal and back muscles. All fitness levels welcome.

Feel younger and more energetic in your body when you have less pain, more strength and greater range of motion. This mat class focuses on stretching and strengthening exercises for all levels and emphasizes joint mobility and stability using Egoscue Method® exercises. All fitness levels welcome.

Power 30 is a fun, vigorous and full body workout. A circuit-based class ranging from intense cardio to strength moves.

RESISTANCE FLEXIBILITY: This class uses a technique that contract the muscle while also stretching it in order to eliminate dense fascia surrounding muscles and joints. Indulge in this new way of stretching for a strong and flexible body.

Indoor cycling is great exercise for people of all abilities and fitness levels. Featuring the same low-impact workout and great aerobic benefits as road or mountain biking outdoors.

SPRING DETOX YOGA: Reset after a long winter with a yoga practice that focuses on postures that stimulate the digestive, lymphatic and circulatory systems. Be prepared to sweat.

A guided cardio and strength conditioning class designed for a full body workout. All fitness levels welcome.

Coming from an ancient Chinese tradition, Tai Chi combines graceful and focused exercises. Learn to transition through movements with your breath in this slow pace practice. All fitness levels welcome.

 This intermediate level class is designed to increase your heart rate, tone your muscles and build flexibility. A series of movements connected to the breath will leave you feeling challenged and restored.

Learn to stretch, strengthen, balance and become more flexible through Asana’s (postures) and the breath in a gentle manner. All fitness levels welcome.

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.  Get your wiggle on! All fitness levels welcome.
