This year, Celebrate the Trails with BCRD! Outdoor recreation is a great way to socially distance while exercising your body and bolstering your mental health. The Wood River Valley offers over 200 kilometers of groomed Nordic ski trails and 45 kilometers of snowshoes trails to enjoy. We invite you to get outside and experience this incredible community resource.

PARKING ETIQUETTE
Please be mindful in the parking lot as well as on the trails. Park tightly to allow for the maximum number of vehicles in each lot, and park big vehicles, like vans and trucks, on the edges.

Keep your plans flexible in case your desired parking lot is full — there are plenty of trails to explore this winter!

TAKE THE BUS
Mountain Rides is offering its Ride n' Glide bus service for FREE all season! The Ride n' Glide route runs between Ketchum and Galena Lodge, with stops at SNRA Headquarters, Baker Creek Road, Prairie Creek Trailhead, and Galena Lodge.

The route is offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from January 8 until February 28. Click here to see the full schedule.

Please note that face masks are required on the bus and dogs are not allowed. Each bus has a limited capacity of 15 riders, so we recommend planning to ski back to your vehicle or having an alternate plan for transport in case the bus is full.
