BCRD FitWorks
BCRD FitWorks makes it easy to stay healthy and active all year long. Memberships come in all shapes and sizes and can be adjusted to work with your lifestyle and fitness goals.  FitWorks has something for everyone, whether you enjoy working out at your own pace on cardio equipment, pushing yourself on weight machines or expanding your horizons in one of our many fitness classes.

Basic: This affordable package includes the use of our state-of-the-art fitness center and gymnasium.

Plus: This package includes the use of the fitness center, gymnasium and access to all BCRD fitness classes and workshops.

Day Passes: $5 for adults; $4 for seniors and teens

Class Fees: $8 per class

Fitness Class Punch Cards: $80 for 11 classes

Spinning  ::  Features the same low-impact workout and great aerobic benefits as road or mountain biking outdoors, but with great music!  Our spin classes also add whole body exercises combined with the advantages of stretching to provide an all around great work out.

Zumba  ::  The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.

Pilates  ::  The Pilates method seeks to develop controlled movement from a strong core. Pilates aims for elegant sufficiency of movements, creating flow through the use of appropriate transitions.

Boot Camp *  ::  Bootcamp is a fun, vigorous and full body workout. A circuit based class ranging from intense cardio to strength moves.

Gentle Yoga's  ::  Learn to stretch, strengthen, balance and become more flexible through asana’s (postures) and the breath in a gentle manner. All levels welcome.

H.I.I.T.  ::  High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) is built upon a series of short cardio exercise bursts followed by less intense exercises.  H.I.I.T. is focused on cardio endurance, muscle building, and fun all at the same time.  All fitness levels are welcome.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga *  ::  This class is considered an active form of yoga. In this class poses will include standing, sitting, twists, backbends, inversions, shoulder stands, and headstand prep. This is an intermediate yoga class.

T’ai Chi  ::  This ancient exercise practice has been shown to be helpful with alleviating mental and physical stress and improving health. Routines involve subtle movement patterns coupled with breath work.

Body Sculpt  ::  Using free weights and other exercise equipment, this class will help you tone and sculpt your entire body. It focuses on proper technique of a variety of exercises while still providing a challenge.

Feldenkrais  :: This holistic body-centered approach aims to integrate and transform self through movement and awareness practices. Students will engage in precisely structured movement explorations that involve thinking, sensing, moving and imagining. Each lesson consists of comfortable, easy movements that gradually evolve into movements of greater range and complexity.

Dryland Training  ::  A fun, informative and moderately challenging pre-ski season workout.  EJ Harpham will help you develop techniques, muscles and knowledge specific to the Nordic skier.

Ski/ Sports Conditioning  ::  Head into Ski Season feeling strong, balanced and fast! Gain strength that is specific to skiing but also boosts all the many activities you do! A combination of circuit training with dumbbells and body weight and a bit of aerobic exercise to round it all out.
