Wood River Gymnastics
Gymnastics
is great exercise, excellent for flexibility, helps instill
self-confidence and most importantly, is a lot of fun. Wood River
Gymnastics offers a variety of classes for all age levels. Gymnasts
learn skills that build on one another and can ultimately advance to
the Tumbling Team after basic skills are mastered.
Each class is divided based on age group, not skill level. Once in the
class students learn skills with progressive difficulty. Hands-on
coaching ensures that each gymnast acquires moves safely and receives
the individual attention necessary.
Students are encouraged to move up at their skills allow. Coaches teach
students progressively difficult moves and invite them into advanced
classes as they improve.

GYMNASTICS CLASSES
Tumbling Team
description
Once gymnasts have mastered specific skills they can learn to
fly…literally. Tumbling involves many of the acrobatic moves that
gymnastics is known for. Team members learn progressively more
difficult skills and are closely monitored by the coach. The coach
selects team members and adult classes are separate from younger age
groups.

Private Lessons

Birthday Parties
description
What could be more fun than rolling around in the gymnastics room while
celebrating your birthday? The cost includes an hour of supervised
gymnastics and a half hour party. The coach will provide a structured
lesson that is tailored for the birthday boy or girl. Families are
asked to provide the food and decorations. We’ll provide the fun!
