BCRD Fitness Studio The BCRD Fitness Studio is a 2,400 sq. ft, newly remodeled space in the BCRD at the Community Campus. The room is ideal for group fitness, martial arts, dance and yoga.
Current Classes include:
BCRD Boot Camp • Wednesdays & Fridays @ 6:00 - 7:00 am • $8 per class (punch cards available) • Instructed by Jess Schlueter
BCRD Indoor Cycling • Mondays @ 5:45 am and 5:45 pm • Tuesdays @ Noon • Wednesdays @ 5:45 am • Thursdays @ Noon and 5:45 pm • $8 per class (punch cards available) • Call to reserve a bike at 788-2117
Sun Valley Taikwondo • Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Pilates • Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 9:00 - 10:00 am • $5 per class
